Please read full ad before replying. Please provide a link to ur Instagram or Facebook thanks. We have central air conditioning and heating. Our 3rd roommate is moving out on the 31st of August and we need a replacement for him to move in on September 1st. Looking for an open minded, responsible, easy going, drama free kind of person. I am a 37 yr male 1/2 black and 1/2 mexican and I’m a gay male. No credit check required. Tend to have better luck with male roommates but all are welcome to apply. We do not have pets and do not want pets so please no animals. There is a $1100 deposit required (one month’s rent) Plenty of street parking so parking is never an issue. The monthly rent will be $1100 a month and we split utilities evenly amongst us roommates. If you have the slightest doubt of being able to pay rent or utilities on time please do not respond to this post. I'm available to show the room Monday - Sunday 10am -8pm. We can discuss earlier or later times on weekends if those don't work for you. We have wireless internet, and cable. We also have a washer and dryer in our house. We have 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, the bathroom you will be sharing is with a male. We have a housekeeper that comes twice a month. I ask that you please pay rent on time and help do your part to keep the household clean. Very close to the freeway(170), 2 blocks away from shopping.
