Looking for a housemate to occupy a large bedroom (12' x 12') + small office/studio space (optional, for only an additional $75/month) in the first floor of a wonderful private Victorian house in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn.

I am a male, a book publishing professional, clean and quiet non-smoker. Also living here is a sweet 40-pound mutt dog who warms up to people quickly. I've lived in this apartment for 10 years and like to make my living situation homey and harmonious!
