We are looking for a new roommate in our 5-room apartment in the Lower East Side. Someone who is looking to keep their rent low and who appreciates everything the Lower East Side has to offer can reap the benefits of the tremendous value of our location. Below is a list of the advantages we enjoy here:
-Maid Service (1x weekly, cost included in utilities)
-High Speed Internet
-Laundromat Directly Across the Street (which is convenient with our second floor location)
-Elevator access
-Video-capable intercom system and gate with buzzer system
-BIG kitchen area / living room (we currently are subscribed to HBO and Netflix)
-5 minute walk or less from the BD, FM, and J lines
-Trader Joe's a quarter mile away (as well as tons of cheap Chinatown groceries close by)
-Walking to distance to some of the best spots around town (Hair of the Dog, Dudley's, Mr. Purple)
-Starbucks and a number of coffee shops a 2 minute walk
-Walking distance to Blink Fitness gyms on Avenue A or 4th Street
-Bank of America, TD Bank, HSBC Bank within walking distance
The best part of moving here is the LEASE and its FLEXIBILITY. It is a three month commitment and then month-to-month, so if plans change and you want to leave you can do so simply, easily, and without contestation from management.
We're looking for someone who is hardworking and engrossed in their aspirations and/or working life, a non-smoker, and someone who will clean up after themselves and be great about doing their dishes.
