Looking for a longterm apartment mate starting ASAP until March 1st with option to renew.

Rent is $585/month, includes utilities (gas, electric, water and heat, Please pay first month before move in. Pay through venmo or cashapp.

I lived here for 15 years and have a great relationship with the realty company and building manager who are communicative and prompt.

Very close to blue line and two metra lines as well as major bus routes. Walking distance to basic shopping. Street parking only. Coin laundry and storage in basement. No dogs, cats permitted (not my policy, I love dogs). Community garden out back.

I occasionally teach in the living room in the evenings. The space is very flexible.

It’s an Atlas Realty property so we’d have to go through them. Background and credit check is needed with the rental company’s application. I don’t think they care much about the actual credit score as much as the overall health of your finances; but even if that’s not you and you’re interested please still reach out!

I like to cook, keep house plants and often leave town for long periods for work so you’d have the place to yourself most of the time.
