hi! My name is Victoria & my roommate Zebastian & I are looking for a male roommate/sublet starting August 1st. This will be a 5 month lease: August 1st-January 31st. Apartment is 3bd/2bt - You will have your own room with a decent sized closet & will be sharing a bathroom with Zebastian.

Apartment includes recently renovated kitchen, dishwasher & decent sized shared living room space. Apartment is approximately 1,000 sq ft. We are on the 3rd floor of a walk-up, 6/N/W/R trains 5 mins or less away. Saint Mark’s Place is completely surrounded by restaurants, bars, coffee shops, & a 3 min walk to Wegmans! We are looking for someone who is clean, nice, respectful & can communicate. We have common ground rules in the apartment that are relatively universal(we can go into more detail about them later of course), but some include no smoking in the apartment, we don’t throw big parties & we don’t mind you having a guest over - as long as you let us know:)

Fair warning, we do live in the East Village, on Saint Marks, so our street is often crowded and lively. If you are looking for a more quiet neighborhood, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Luckily your room wouldn’t have a street view so you don’t get ANY street noise.

The living room is recently furnished with mostly NEW furniture so our roommate that is moving out will offer you a discounted rate of their share. This includes the couch, side chair, coffee table, dinning table + chairs, shoe rack, mini kitchen island and lamp. The price for their share is $200.00.

Price Breakdown:
Room & Shared Bath: $1,707.00 a month.
Wifi: $18 a month.
Utilities: $40-$70-Will depend on the month.
Shared furniture: $200.00 - one time payment.
