Gorgeous, spacious sun drenched room w/ exposed brick
Huge room available in a ground floor 3 bedroom apartment in Bed Stuy. The room is very spacious and can fit up to a king size bed and lots of furniture. The room has two large windows facing the front, a nice sized closet, hardwood floors and exposed brick. Laundry in building. The rest of the apartment is also spacious and we are welcome and open to any additional furniture that you may have for the shared spaces. The apartment includes a backyard. We own a chihuahua so there can be no more pets. The room is 180 sq ft.
You:
a person who is clean, friendly, caring, communicative, social, mature, collaborative, fun, self-aware, mindful and has boundaries. You must absolutely love dogs. We have a chihuahua she is a bit temper-mental because she is a rescue dog.
We require first and last months rent and a small security depending on your financial situation. We also require you to sign a sublease agreement and paystubs and bank statements.
