I am looking for a roommate for my townhouse (2 bed 2.5 bath) in Thornton (104th and Steele) starting ASAP or May. It is very close to the light rail/bus station which takes you straight to union station or DIA. It is midway between Denver downtown and Boulder. Prime area if you like to go out but also go hiking. The area is very safe with lots of options for grocery stores and gyms nearby. There is a nice running trail that connects to the Carpenter park lake. The outlet mall is 10 mins away. The rate is $1250 which includes all utilities/wifi/ trash/water… You would get your own bathroom with a tub and garage parking. There is also additional storage space for your belongings. There are two different balconies you could hang out/ put your plants in. This is a corner unit so it gets natural light. I prefer someone to do a year long ish lease. Looking for someone that is clean and mostly quiet. I have attached the Zillow pics so the furniture will be a bit different.

I could use some furniture too when my current roommate leaves: bar stools, coffee table, patio furniture, tv, tv stand.. other kitchen appliances.
