I'm looking for a room to rent in #Greenpoint BK starting August 1st for <$1300/mo.

I am moving back to NYC (from SF) to attend NYU for grad school in the fall. I am very clean and love to cook (and share!). I'm looking for a place to stay 6-8+ months while I kick-off grad school and wait for my SO to move out.
