LOOKING TO FILL A ROOM IN A RENT-CONTROLLED APARTMENT.
My roommate and I live in a 2-bed 1-bath, rent-controlled apartment in Williamsburg. He's moving out at the end of the lease (July 31) to move in with his girlfriend. I'm looking for someone to fill his room.

About me:
I'm a pretty active guy -- I like biking, swimming, playing sports and just being outside. Also a pretty big Chicago sports fan. I've got a Nintendo 64 in the living room that my current roommate and I use use to play some old games like Mario Party and Super Smash Bros.
I also do quite a bit of cooking, usually on Sunday and Monday nights to meal prep for the week. I like to keep the common areas clean and do dishes as I use them.
