Spacious Room Near Jackie Robinson Park

The room is $935 plus utilities. The apartment is very nice and in a great area. We are on the third floor and the staircase is wide and spacious. There is a garbage chute in the building so it’s very easy to take the garbage out since the chute is outside our apartment. Recycling is outside and is kept nice and clean by building management. The kitchen is its own separate room in the apartment which is rare and nice for privacy.

The room is a good size (i have a video which i can send to you which is easier to see the dimensions). The walls are blue but we will paint it back to its original color which is white. There are 2 tall closets so everything will fit in the room plus some. There is also a large window for some natural lighting. The room can fit a full bed and still allows room for a desk and space to move around.

We live right near 2 parks. One park is literally outside our apartment so it's like we have a backyard. There is a wall ball court and a park to work out in. There is also a public pool. There are tons of city bikes out on the block.

There are all the bodegas you could ever dream of. There is a giant Foodtown for groceries down the block. There is a Duane Reade. A Popeyes and plenty of other fast food/restaurants open nearby.

Currently, it's me and Dia so we are looking for a third roommate. We both are in our late 20s and are open to having a college student living with us or anyone in any stage of their life. Message if interested!
