Santa Monica Room
Hi we're looking for someone to move into our newly available bedroom. It has overhead lighting, a ceiling fan, nice closet and dual-access doors. The room is all yours, no sharing necessary. **The room has been professionally cleaned** Available now.
You'll only be sharing a bathroom with one other very clean person. The apartment is fairly close to the 10 freeway but still in a nice, quiet residential area close to restaurants and shops. The neighbors are nice, the kitchen and fridge space is open (we have TWO fridges), our living room is furnished with a nice TV and everything is working. We both like to cook occasionally even though we don't take much time so we keep it clean (we'd like you to be reasonably clean as well.) The parking is permit-only which means there is always plenty and as long as you're a resident, you can easily get a permit (we have a guest one for you in the transition time).
The rent is $1150 a month which includes water / gas / trash and you'll just pay 1/3 of the VERY modest electric and cable / internet bills. We'll also need an $800 security deposit which, as long as you don't smash holes into the walls, you'll get back when you move out. Ideally we're looking for someone looking to live here until at least August 2022.
