Daniel K - $2,000/month

Hey I'm Dan, I'm 21 years old and just recently graduated from Villanova University in May. I have a job lined up with EY starting early 2024 and planning on finding a place preferably in downtown Manhattan. My maximum budget per month is $2,000 and I'd ideally like to find a place in a safe location and a relatively nice apartment.

As much as I want a roommate to cut down on living costs, I'd love to be friends as well! I've lived with roommates all 4 years of college and every one of them have become some of my closest friends that I still keep in contact with even after graduating. I'm a huge basketball fan and love to hoop occasionally, big into Formula 1, TV shows (Succession is my favorite of all time), and I'm hoping to go out to bars on the weekends.

I consider myself a relatively clean person and I'm always willing to help out with household chores. I'm never too loud and open to pets and having people over. Also I'm more than open to having more than one roommate so don't hesitate to send me a message and hopefully work something out!
