Home with Fantastic View of Lake Austin Bridge - Young Professionals / Grad Students Wanted

My wife and I (and our super friendly golden retriever) are seeking two young professionals, ideally in the 24 to 34 age range to move into the extra two bedrooms in this beautiful condo on Cat Mountain with an awesome view of Town Lake Bridge and greenbelt.

ABOUT THE HOME
This home has an amazing view of the bridge over the lake and has a spacious wooden porch to relax on. We will be hanging one or two hammocks from the rings in the rafters for anyone's use. The pictures show the home with no furniture or refrigerator, however we will have a couch (possibly two) and chair in the living room, as well as bar stools at the high counter in the kitchen. We also have a TV (with netflix, prime, hbogo) in the living room and will be getting some shelving units most likely. There will also be a nice table and chairs on the balcony.

The condo is on the lower level of an upside down three story home. Each level has a different residence with their own private entrances. Our parking will be located on the street, however you can see the front of the house in the picture with the garage. There is a small yard below the porch which opens up to some open space. We aren't sure how large it is, but it is wooded and pretty.

The house will be furnished, however you will need to furnish your own bedroom. The bathroom will be shared by you and one other. We have a private bath. All utilities will be split by each person in the home equally.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would love to find young professionals like ourselves who enjoy the outdoors, a good boardgame, or relaxing and having good conversation and a beer. However, we also want someone who can respect everyone's space and who is fine with doing their own thing as well. Respect is highly sought after and we would love to find roommates who are good at communicating both their likes and dislikes in a kind manner.

It is important that you clean up after yourself in the kitchen and common areas. Ideally, if you cook, you clean up your dishes by the end of the day or next morning and if you use a common item that everyone uses, you clean it immediately after use. We are 420 and hookah friendly, but will likely not participate. Please keep it on the porch if you partake. No cigarette smokers, please.
