We are looking for a third roommate in our 3bd/2ba duplex in Tarrytown. It's in an amazing location and rent runs $800/month for a year lease. A little bit about us: we are two ladies in our late 20's- Alison moved here from Virginia in 2017 and Haley moved from the Bay area last year. We both work around the hours of 9-5, M-F, but enjoy a variety of activities in our free time like running, volleyball, checking out live shows, watching our weeknight shows, and being outdoors. We have one medium/large sized room (12x16ft) available in our 3 bed, 2 bath home available starting June 1 (with the potential to move in early)! Room has a window with two large closets for storage and new carpets that were just replaced last summer.
The Place:
It's a spacious duplex located in a cul-de-sac just a few blocks west of Mopac. House is walking distance to Deep Eddy Pool, Town Lake Trail, Randalls, Juiceland & Pool Burger (yumm). The bedroom is on the second floor and shares a full bath with one of the roommates. There is also a study/guest room on the second floor, which has been great for friends and family visiting. We have a spacious fenced in backyard, we welcome roomies with a dog (just requires a pet deposit). Washer and dryer in house and a dishwasher.
