Hey how's it going?! The apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up. The open kitchen flows into the living room and has a breakfast/bar counter. The living room and kitchen will be fully furnished.
The room will come unfurnished, the wardrobe currently in the room can be left for you if you like. Currently it fits a full sized bed and small desk area for anyone that is working from home. The closet just outside the room, pictured behind the couch, would be your closet.
LIC is an awesome neighborhood with something for everyone. The Vernon-Jackson 7 train is only half a block away. Restaurants in the area are excellent. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
