I enjoy board games, video games, reading, and various crafty hobbies such as cross stitch. My ideal roommate would be someone I get along with who has a reliable income of at least 2.5-3x their portion of the rent, who is responsible and pays their rent on time, and is courteous of the shared spaces. If we can become friends, that would be a bonus!

Bedroom and private bath available in North Torrance
Master bed/bath available in 2 bedroom apartment in Torrance in June. Great location near the 405 freeway. Complex has gym, pool, laundry facilities, gated assigned parking, and allows cats (with additional pet deposit). I don’t mind dogs, but the complex does not allow them (except if they are an emotional support animal or a service animal). In walking distance from the Galleria.
Your portion of the rent will be $1385/mo, plus $925 security deposit. For utilites, we pay for internet and electricity which combined is usually around $85/mo for your half. The application fee for the apartment is $25, and they will run a credit check and are looking for a score of at least 650.
Bedroom will be unfurnished, common areas are furnished.
