I work from home and I am a bit introverted. I live in a 2 bedroom with a great set up and I am looking for my soulmate roommate lol. I appreciate clean shared spaces and respecting my roommate's things. The perfect roommate for me would be someone who appreciates clean spaces as well. Being able to become friends would be a plus but the bare minimum is just a clean space and communicating when necessary. If it helps, I am foodie, I love different types of music and I enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood.

Flexible Agreement/Lease Near Metro
I live in a lovely 2 bed 2 bath in a great building. It is in a great location and not far from airports, DC, Bethesda etc. It is generally clean, has great amenities (pool, courtyard, gym, concierge & package service, dog park, pet spa). The building is a 7 min walk from the metro, there is a bus stop right on our block. We are surrounded by many great restaurants, the Wheaton mall, the Wheaton regional park etc. There is easy street parking, a public lot across from us and you can also pay for garage parking with the building. Your bedroom (could come partly furnished) would be on the other side of the living room and kitchen. You have your own bathroom and walk in closet and hallway space. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and decorated.
I am looking for someone (young lady) to join me on a 11-month lease in my wonderful and beautiful building. You can do short term agreement with me (minimum of 3 months) but I would prefer if you join me on the lease and we go through the official application process with management. Per person, rent & insurance is $1058 per month. Utilities are about $130 per person (water, sewer, trash, wifi, electricity & fees) per month. Parking in the building's garage is $125 a month. If you have a dog then there is a pet fee of $35 per month. If you go through proper leasing with management then application fee is $25. The final upfront fees would be $100 (a portion of the $425 amenities fees since I think the amenities fee is per unit and not per person) and $150 (a division of the $300 deposit). In total an estimate of $425 upfront costs and an estimate of $1188 for monthly rent and utilities.
