I have a master bedroom in a beautifully polished 3-bedroom house in Melrose available for a year lease to a responsible and clean female housemate! Located right by the 2 + 5 express trains at Jackson Ave station so it’s a quick 25 minute ride to Midtown. I am in the middle of furnishing the space so BARE with me if it’s a bit vacant hehe (ok I’ll stop).
