My roommate is leaving and I want to stay. We can switch the lease over as soon as possible .

Located in the heart of Atlanta, Lindbergh-Buckhead Area . Out unit is on the 2nd floor . Overhead parking deck. Key fob access. Pool. Game room. Gym & access to a couple court yards . Valet Trash. Door code access foe guest

My unit has wood floor that leads into carpet . Granite counter tops and black appliances. My unit comes with a washer and dryer as well as a deck .

If you moved in the “guest” bathroom would be solely yours. My guest use my bathroom.

I normally cook ( we can go half on groceries , whatever is easiest) . I do like to clean my common areas clean. No dishes in the sink, vacuum sweep the floor .

I don’t mind company over. As long as my belongings aren’t touched. I don’t mind music or hookah in the home . 420 on the balcony at all times.

I would normally fold my roommates clothes if she was at work and I needed the dryer , but we could talk about it. Just wanted to help out she worked a lot.

I don’t care if you’re queer. I don’t want anyone homophobic -majority of my friends ( who come over ) are LGBTQ .

Deposit would be one months rent ( 800-950 )
Rent is due before the 3rd of each month
We pay through a portal online ( no Money Orders — YAY! )

I honestly just want someone that can vibe. Doesn’t have weird energy . Minds their business. Respects our space and home& is as clean as possible.
