Newly redone JP beauty, steps from Stony Brook
This apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful old building (high ceilings!) that has recently been redone. There's a porch, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms clean/updated and there is a walk in pantry off of the kitchen and a spacious living room. The common spaces are furnished. The two available bedrooms range in price from $1012 to just over $1100 a month, depending on size. The apartment is just a few hundred feet from the orange line and within 10 minutes walking of 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy, the library, several restaurants, liquor stores, etc. Easy access to anywhere in the city. There are also lots of green spaces around for walking and running. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, full of families, commuters, and grad students. Free street parking galore. We are 2 summer subletters looking for 2 more roommates to sign a lease with us 9/1. We're both clean/quiet/respectful, but also like to hang out with friends and explore the city on weekends.
