Hi Everyone,

We have a unfurnished room available immediately October 1st for a 6 or 12 month lease in our 4 bedroom apartment.

We are just steps away from Forest Ave M line and 10 minute walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff L.

The room is 950 (pictured in ad) + utilities (no more than $115 per roommate) a month. We have lived here for two years and love it so much that we resigned. Landlord would like someone with proof of income and a deposit upfront, guarantors are also accepted. Credit usually isn’t a problem and with bank statements and such, they can find a way to push you through.

We are all in our late 20s to early 30s and are either in school or working. My girlfriend and I live on the lower level with our dog, a 4 year old Dachshund/Sheltie mix. He stays downstairs, coming up only when we cook.

The room has two large windows that receive direct sunlight, a large closet.

We're all friendly, mostly keep to ourselves, but happy to chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! The upstairs has all the appliances you’d expect with the exception of a microwave. The bathroom is large, with a tub and storage under the sink.

The only thing we are looking for is someone who is neat, and cleans up after themselves in the common areas like the kitchen and shared bathroom. We have a bathroom downstairs, so you’d be sharing the upstairs bathroom with two other rooms.

There is coin operated laundry in the building and a small gym space too with a couple of treadmills and weights. Let me know if you would like to come by and view!
