I'm looking for a female roommate to fill my unfurnished room in our large, charming, newly-renovated 4-bedroom apartment in Clinton Hill. The room can easily accommodate a dresser, a full-sized bed, and chair. There is one closet, one large window, and a non-functioning fire place.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a secured-entry walk up and includes a full kitchen with full-sized stainless steel appliances, exposed brick, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a washer/dryer in the building. The apartment also has two bathrooms, one that would be shared with two other roommates. The bathroom has been renovated with beautiful white marble, modern fixtures and a full tub.

About us: My roommates and I have lived in the apartment for over a year, but I will be moving out. The three other roommates are women of color working in advertising and PR. Two commute to the city (15 min to Soho) and the other works from home. Like most, we binge our favorite shows together (from trashy to dramatic) and love checking out the new restaurants/bar popping up nearby.) We have plenty of small appliances, pots/ pans, and cooking utensils in the home as well as an Apple TV and Kodi.

What we're looking for:
Good financial standing and employed
Willing to commit to sublet February through June
Minimal common area furniture and kitchen appliances (we've already furnished the apartment and have the large items already)
Takes initiative when it comes to cleaning and household chores
Willing to share in miscellaneous household expenses (cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc.)
Someone who's friendly, but also respects roommates' privacy

The apartment is on the same block as the Fulton Ave C/Franklin Ave Shuttle stop. We're 12 minutes away from the Classon Ave G, 5 Blocks from the Nostrand A. Prospect Park is two stops on the Franklin Ave Shuttle (S) and downtown BK is a 20 minute walk. Grocery Store on the same block, and a larger grocery store in development a block away Neighborhood favorites are Doris, Calaca, Golda, Xochitl Taqueria, Basquiat Bottle, Glorietta Baldy, The Crabby Shack, Outpost Cafe, Gueros, Sisters, and The Good Batch Tons of great restaurants, bars, cafes within walking distance along Franklin, Fulton and Bedford Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Brooklyn Botanical Garden 7 minute away on the S Fort Greene Park 15 minutes walk away.
