About Me

Hey, I’m Jules. I was born and raised in NYC and have been living there most of my life. I spent some time living in Berlin and Cologne and am now traveling around Europe, but I will be returning to NYC to pursue a Master in Urban Planning. I’m looking for two roommates for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Maspeth. The rooms are 1,000 and 1,300. Laundry is an extra 100 per month. I’m looking for two easy going and creative people. I enjoy hosting elaborate dinners for friends, DJing, making collages, cooking and baking. During the weekdays, I tend to go to chill bars or stay home but I do enjoy going out on the weekends. The apartment is super close to Basement/Knockdown Center, Elsewhere, and other cool clubs/bars.

Jules and I have been close friends for 2.5 years. She's a kind and considerate person who is a lot of fun to spend time with and always has great ideas for activities to do and events and places to visit. We haven't lived together but have stayed at each others places on visits often, which has always been a great experience. She keeps her space clean and tidy and is always considerate of other people's things and space. I'd strongly recommend Jules as a roommate and am sure her past roommates, some of whom I also know well, would agree.
