My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to move into the second room in our two-bedroom. The room is 9x12 feet, has a west-facing window, and is furnished with a queen size bed and a desk.

Utilities are included with the rent. We ask that you pay first month’s rent and a security deposit ($1300) upon moving in.

We are pretty quiet and generally spend our evenings eating out with friends or watching Netflix at home. I also love to bake! On the weekends, we like to try new restaurants or spend time in the park. We have two tabby cats who spend most of their time lounging in the sunshine in our bedroom or on the living room couch. I work a 9-5 in a gallery here on the Upper West Side and my boyfriend works in Brooklyn so he leaves by about 8 am and returns around 7 pm each day.

We love living here! It's a block and a half from the B/C and 2 blocks from the 1. There's a Whole Foods as well as a Duane Reade two blocks south and several smaller grocery stores on our block. The apartment building is quiet and only a few minutes from both Central Park and Riverside Park.
