Thompson center is a 5 - 7 min walk away. 10-15 minute walk from lakeshore.
The unit is a 1600 sq foot condo, 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The vacant room is about 15x15 square feet.
The unit is fully furnished and occupied by the owner and his 47 pound, 5 year old labrastaff. Owner is Filipino-American 36 y/o male, USMC vet, gay, works on average 60 hrs a week from home as a Site Reliability Engineer and coding camp instructor.
Common areas:
Living room has 85 inch tv, 6 part sectional (technically 8 but I gave 2 of them to my dog 🫶). Dining room table converts into a pool table. Plenty of shelf space for books and board games.
