Hello! My name is Maddie and my roommate Jayne and I are looking for two roommates. We are clean, easy going and very respectful. We love to check out bars and restaurants around us as well as just hanging in some nights. We are both 24 yrs old and graduated from Bryant university back in 2022. We both commute out of the city most days, but Jayne also works remotely some days as well.
we do sometimes like to have friends over on the weekends, but we never get too loud or are making noise too late in the night. As mentioned in the apartment description all of the common areas of the apartment will be fully furnished and have appliances and dishes. Once you move in you are completely free to use what is there.

Available Room for Rent
It is an awesome four bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was just completely rebuilt from the ground up in 2019 so everything is very new. we already have appliances, a couch, plates/bowls,/cups, utensils, and a big living room TV (which you are free to use). There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The only thing you would need to bring is items for your bedroom.
The area is great too, it is a 10 minute walk to Boston Landing commuter rail, and about a 12-15 minute walk to two stops on the green line (Harvard Ave. and Packards Corner). It is also close to bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is right off of the Mass pike for easy commutes as well. Jayne and I both work in person and commute out of the city.
The rent price is $1,300 for each roommate (for a total of $5,200/month). The utilities are not included but when split 4 ways are not too bad.
