I am leaving NYC & and am looking for someone to take my bedroom in our beloved apartment off Jefferson and Bushwick Ave. I'm looking for folks to sign a 1 year lease ASAP to move in on August 1st- Sept 1st! My very nice male roommate is staying on the lease for the remainder of the year until August 2020.

• It's a super spacious duplex with a huge living room downstairs
• There are two separate entrances
• We have a full bathroom upstairs and an additional half bath downstairs in the living room
• There are 3 aircon units in apartment that supply hot and cold air
• We have roof and backyard access
• We have a washing machine & dryer in the building
• The apartment was renovated just a few years ago
• We're 3 min from the JMZ Myrtle station and 10 min from the L Morgan station which makes us 12-15 minutes from the lower east side in Manhattan
• We're surrounded by some of the best cafes, bars, and food in Bushwick

Lease Requirements:
- Must make 40 times the rent and have bank statements to prove it
- Must have good credit
- Must be of good character (the management runs a background check when you apply)
