Hope you and yours are happy, healthy and well.

Our longtime roommate is moving out and in with her beau (congrats! 🎊), so we have a small bedroom available in our lovely Noe Valley place on December 1st 2020.

The room is small and unfurnished. Measures in at 13' x 9.4' with high ceilings - you can just about squeeze a queen bed, small desk and dresser in the room. It does have a large closet.

💸🤑💵💰 ~ the money stuff
Rent is $865/month ~ rent controlled apartment. 2% increase per year in March/April.
$850 deposit
bills and utilities are split evenly and come out to prolly about $100/month (wifi, gas, electric, water, compost/trash/recycle)
We also get a cleaning service for the house every 3 or 4 weeks, split evenly = $70 each

🛀🏽 👩🏾‍🍳 🍽 🌇 🏘Amenities ~ the good stuff
- in unit full size washer and full size (gas) dryer (not coin op)
- gas oven/stove
- gas hot water heater
- forced air central gas heating system ~ every room (bathroom too!) has its own air duct to keep the whole house toasty on those chilly SF nights. Not like those damp, cold, old Edwardians with one wall heater in the hallway for the whole apartment.
- large open kitchen
- large open living room/dining room
- dishwasher ~ she's an old goat but still kickin'. Definitely more of a dish rinser and not a dish scrubber.
- bathroom has shower/bathtub and shared with only one roommate (male 2)
- second floor apartment in duplex house. Neighbors below, but no neighbors above.
- 2 corner stores 2 blocks away
- all the lower Noe Church street restaurants and salons.
- upper Noe 24th street shopping, restaurants and a Whole Foods
- the Mission is right around the corner
- J Muni at the end of the block
- 24th street Bart 15 minute walk
- easy access to 280
- easy street parking
- Safe and clean neighborhood

👨🏼‍💻 👨🏻‍💻The roommates
male 1 - 44 years old, works for a software company (surprise!), surfs, dabbles in music and hangs out with his lady in Berkeley every other weekend.
male 2 - 34 years old, works at an accelerator lab, into games and gaming and hangs out with his lady in the city.

If interested please tell us a little bit about yourself - stuff like job, hobbies etc. - and we'll follow up and schedule a Zoom meet and greet considering Covid, social distancing and all that jazz.
