Master Bedroom overlooks Park Ave

Apartment: Overlooks Park Avenue and sits in between 35th and 36th Street. Spitting distance to the 6 train, ~5 minute walk to Grand Central (4,5,6,7,S) ~7 minute walk to Herald Square (N,Q,R,W,B,D,F). Laundry in the basement, wash and fold service extremely convenient. Doorman building, extremely convenient. Dishwasher in unit, extremely convenient. Gym in the basement, extremely convenient. 60 inch flat screen TV and a fish tank, plus a dart board. Lots of counter space in the kitchen, and there's a big island that's good for eating, working, etc. Walking distance to those 3rd Ave Murray Hill bars/restaurants, far enough away and high enough up on the 14th floor where noise is not an issue.

The Room: Massive closet space, and plenty of room for a King Size bed, desk, and then some. The most tucked away/private room in the apartment as it has a little hallway and two doors separating it. Floor plan/dimensions are in the photos, it really is a huge room for Manhattan. Hardwood floors, overlooks Park Ave.

This will be a 1/1/2019 move in date. You'll have to fill out an application with the leasing company. $2,100 for the room (logic for that in photos).

There's two of us who want to resign, one guy is moving in with his girlfriend (loser). We both work in Finance and keep longish hours, so we don't really go out on the weekdays and go to bed rather early, pretty quiet M-F. One of us is studying for the CFA Level III and the other the GMAT, but we generally go out to the bars every weekend. 26 and 25 years old.
