Looking for a reliable gentleman to share a room at our beautiful house located in Hollywood, lots of space and big closet, located at East I-95 in Hollywood, Florida, between Hollywood Blvd and Pembroke Road.
Our house is not the typical house, it is decorated with water colors, Feng Shui infusions, very peaceful, quite and extremely clean house , I live with a young chef from Bahamas that I barely see it along with my dogs Coco and Chewey (outside dogs) and the bathroom it is a share bathroom, and it is always clean changing the mat every week.
the house comes with pool, gym, parking, cable TV, Wifi and it is centrally located., a few minutes from the beaches and the Hollywood-downtown area.and the train station (Tri-Rail) it is just 10 minutes by foot.
I am looking for reliable hard worker/good manners gentleman to rent it on month-to-month basis, with first month deposit.
