Looking for a female roommate for a 2 bedroom 1,192 sqft apartment in Residences at Gramercy. Rent is $1,491 for a 15 month lease. You can have the master bedroom or I can and you pay less rent. I've lived here for over a year and love the complex, which is why I don't want to leave! It's safe, clean, modern, the leasing office is very nice and you're 5 minutes from the med center. Need to sign the lease around mid October.
