I am a 25 year old woman who is short and lovable. I work a full time job in Long Island as an investigative analyst and usually don’t get home until late on week days. I am social, talkative, chill, very clean, and responsible. Unfortunately I’m allergic to fur which is why no pets (trust me, I’m just as disappointed as you are). I would like to actually get to know you and build a friendly relationship, no drama. Things I enjoy are podcasts (this american life!), comedy, Netflix, animal videos, summer in NYC, weekends, eating pizza and nachos, and going to the gym to work off all the pizza and nachos.

$955/month Room in Bed Stuy, Available ASAP
Roommate needed ASAP for a July 1 move in. Rent is $955 per month with the last month free! Utilities (WiFi, electric and gas) usually cost around $40 per person depending on the season. Bike storage is available in the basement. There is a dish washer and in-unit laundry! The room can fit any size bed and has great closet space and your two roommates will be very clean and respectful 😊
No pets with fur allowed (unfortunately, much to her disappointment, one roomie is allergic).

The apartment is close to public transportation. It’s a 5 min walk from the Kingston Throop C train stop and about 8 min from the Nostrand A. The LIRR is 3 min away. There is a grocery store right across the street and a Blink gym less than two blocks away. Within a 10 min walk there is also a post office, UPS drop off and a Walgreens. There are also a lot of good local bars and restaurants. If you have any more questions about the best spots to go we have lots of recommendations!

Someone who is clean and responsible. No drama. We would love someone who is happy to have a friendly relationship with their roommates 🙂 it would be cool to actually get to know you.
How to apply

After that you have to fill out an application to get approved, which will be provided to you once you express interest. There are no fees (no application fee, broker fee, or even security deposit). You will have to put down a deposit of $955 that is refundable if you do not qualify. If you do qualify then it will go toward first months rent!
Please only reach out if you are interested in a one year lease. We cannot take on someone subletting temporarily at this time.
