Hi! Great to e-meet you. I am a learning and development (Master's degreed) professional that works in FiDi with family in Gowanus (daughter), Garden City (aunt, uncle cousins), UES (aunt) and out on the North Folk (aunt, uncle, cousins). I've lived here for almost 2 years from So Cal. My dad is from Garden City. I like to cook and don't mind cleaning up if someone else cooks, can hang out in the common areas for a bit as I trend toward introversion. Non-drinker and non-smoker but don't police others' personal choices. My work day can start anywhere between 7A-9A and wrap up 5P or later. My weekly home cleaning ritual helps keep my space clean. Mutually respected privacy is important. Not into pets and I can keep to my personal space if they are around.
