Available Room for Rent
Large bedroom available in a nice neighborhood
I have a room to rent in my home in Washington Heights. It's a quiet area with street parking. Public transportation is easily accessible (A and 1 Train; M4 and M98 buses). The room is furnished with a platform bed with storage drawers, dresser and there is built-in shelving and a desk. The bedroom has one large closet with a shelf and a small one with shelves also.
It's a spacious two bedroom with one bath. There's a very long hallway that winds around the apartment straight through to the kitchen and living room. Roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I am willing to share cleaning supplies, cookware, dishes, etc.
It is steps away from Fort Tryon Park, The Cloisters and Bennett Park. Walking distance to local shops, super markets and restaurants. The room is brightly painted but we can change that if you like. Wiring for internet or cable are in the room and can be used to get you started. A female would be preferred.
