It’s a true gem for the neighborhood. The apartment is just east of Tompkins Square Park and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and cafes. It’s a short walk to F, 6, N, R, L trains and M15, M14, M8, M9 buses.

Larger of the two, with small balcony and fire escape. The room can easily fit a full-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, shelf, and closet space
Room 2:
Smaller w/ a closet, but can fit full sized bed, dresser, nightstand.
We’re looking for someone to take over our lease. The landlord requires tenants to have a verifiable income of 40x the rent or have a guarantor that makes 60x.
