Super close to the 10 fwy and 110 fwy. Walking distance to Starbucks or the grocery store. Great location.
Large room for rent in 2bed/1bath apartment with 1 roommate and 3 Siamese cats.
Comes partly furnished with queen sized loft bed frame, PAX closet system, and a dresser if you want it. Large southern facing window with window box, dark wood floors, and currently has aqua walls but you can paint them any color you'd like.
No air conditioning, but you're more than welcome to bring one and run it 24/7 without thinking about the power bill.
ALL UTILITIES, internet, and Netflix/Prime Access included in rent cost.
Small sunny Shared bathroom located between the 2 bedrooms.
Gas stove and washer/dryer in fully stocked kitchen with pantry space a plenty. If you have a fridge we could switch out the one that came with the apartment, it's hella old and I've been wanting to replace it.
Living room is large and has huge antique windows, hardwood floors, dining area, open floor space for yoga or other exercise, and ample comfy mid-century furniture.
Street parking only, sweeping Wed/Thurs noon to 3pm
