I've called this place home for three years and love it. Steps from central park, one block from the Lincoln center 66th street stop, and blocks from the 23/BC trains. 72nd street trader joes/fairway right around the corner.
The apartment has a dishwasher, extra closet/storage space/microwave, and I have every kitchen utensil you could ever imagine. I've just installed a brand new AC. It's fully furnished, and my roommate is looking to sell the furniture in the room as well! You would be taking the private bedroom and I live in the far portion of the living room. We have a shared space which includes a futon, fire place, and other beautiful furniture.
