All utilities included (water, gas, power, wi-fi, landline phone, smart tv, communal supplies-TP etc, cleaning service). 2 story apartment, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath (shared full bathroom), 900 sqf. All new appliances! Tandem parking in carport plus easy street parking. Storage units with ample space. Communal areas furnished (I just redid everything!), bedroom unfurnished with ocean view.
Please no couples, no pets (there is one sweet cat already that is hypoallergenic). I'm looking for a quiet, responsible and clean roommate. I prefer a healthy lifestyle, professional, no smoking and easy going. I work from home and love going to the beach, walking and hanging with neighbors. I have friends over to visit here and there but I’m very respectful of your space.
Please be prepared to sign a contract for 6 months and then month to month. $1,000 Deposit plus first month rent due on move-in. Background check and references for manager are required. Rent is $1,700 all inclusive. I've lived here over 18 years (my rent control passed on to you!). You can't get this close to the beach at this price.
