All Utilities/Cable/Internet included for a room (13x8) available in a two-bedroom, 900 sq. ft. apt. on the top floor of a brownstone, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small dining table, along with a completely refurbished bathroom with a shower/bath tub, and a modern kitchen with plenty of counter space and cookware for your use. (You will not need any cookware.)
Your room includes a queen bed, heater, flat screen TV with cable, two small tables, and a closet! You will have full access to the whole apartment including high speed internet, and a 50" flat screen TV (Smart TV/Netflix)
The A and C lines are only a short walk away, and several bus lines are nearby. There are several cool restaurants/bars in the neighborhood, 24hr delis, tennis/handball courts, laundromats/grocery stores are nearby, and a plethora of students/youthful business professionals live in the area.
Downtown Brooklyn is two stops away, and Penn Station is just 25mins. away.
Please note that I do have a friendly, but shy cat.
The room is available now. This is ideal for a very busy professional, student or someone who just wants to come home to a clean apartment.
