Who are we?
We're OpenDoor and our mission is to enable people to live with more creativity, connection, and purpose. In the last 5 years, we've launched 5 homes in the Bay Area and Portland and we're excited to keep going with this SOMA property. To invite the conditions for authentic coliving culture, we partner with a few early leaders for each of our homes.

As a founding housemate, you'll provide some initial vision and direction to draw in the rest of the housemates and help create the space. In partnership with the OpenDoor team, you get to be a part of setting the norm, creating a vision for culture, and will be involved in the process of selecting of a cohort of housemates.

In the heart of SOMA, above an adorable tea spot, and right around the corner from several restaurants, watering holes, and a Whole Foods, this loft has just been totally remodeled for community. The common spaces and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped. This space could be really convenient for people don't have a lot of furniture and/or who are new to town!

You'll rent a private room that shares a bathroom with 2 other people. Additionally, there's a large, beautiful shared common space that includes a gorgeous open, living room and with hardwood floors, and a fully furnished kitchen, stocked with a Vitamix blender, pots, pans, brand new dishware, dishwasher, cooking utensils and everything you need to cook up something great!

- $1,700/mo - small bedroom. Has brand new queen sized couch/murphy beds to save space!
- $2,000/mo - large bedroom, unfurnished. Only one left.
- 4 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms with showers, one bathroom with a toilet, and one with a full tub/ shower)
- Furnished living + dining rooms and fully equipped kitchen
- Beautifully furnished common spaces - West Elm Dining table, Article sectional couch and accent chairs from Anthropologie!
- Onsite washer/ dryer
- WiFi + utilities managed professionally and billed separately, average $85/mo per person
