Looking for a roommate to rent out the master bedroom of our 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse. Includes a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and spare room (perfect for a home office or studio space). The townhouse has a spacious common area, kitchen, and connected garage.

Easy access to the interstates 170, 134, and 101, making commuting much easier. Located in a very fun area in walking distance of the NoHo Arts District.

We are looking for someone with a steady income, very clean, and relatively quiet. We're cool with an occasional social gathering, but this isn't a party house. Smoking is fine as long as it stays on the balcony. We would prefer no pets, but if they are well-trained we may make an exception.

*Please note that the Master Bedroom is currently being used as a recording studio (photo #3), but will be cleared out by the end of the month.
