- Prefer someone around our age (late 20's, early 30's), but we're open to whatever
- Stable job and income
- Someone mindful--being artsy or geeky is a big plus
- Someone low-drama
- No cats or dogs--We have two dogs already.
- Caged animals might be okay if they stay in your room.
- LGBTQIA friendly. We hang with--and are--a pretty queer crowd

- Looking for southside houses (west, central and east--whatever we can find)
