Fun couple looking for new roomie! 635/month
Only looking for a single occupant and no pets. The room for rent is 635/month which comes with gas and water. Electricity and WiFi is separate and is 30/month. You would have your own parking spot inside the complex which is gated. Room is a good size for a single person with 2 closets. There is a full bathroom upstairs in between the 2 bedrooms and a half bathroom downstairs by the living room. Everything is fully furnished besides the room for rent. You would have to furnish it. We just bought a new fridge so we have ice and filtered water. Everything would be accessible to you (WiFi, PS4, kitchen, stove etc)! We do have Hulu and Netflix as well which you are more than welcome to use! We don’t want you to feel like you’re just renting a room, we want you to feel like it’s your home! Sean and I are very laidback so you are also more than welcome to hang out with us!
