Huge Flex Bedroom with Private half Bath in luxury Condo

I’m looking for someone to take over the flex bedroom in our amazing apartment in a full-service luxury building. Current roommates are a 2 young professionals (1 guy and 1 girl).

This will be a 6 month lease takeover starting January 1st, but can be flexible with move in date if needed. Option to renew when lease ends June 30th and also to purchase furniture currently seen in the bedroom.

The Apartment:
3 bedroom flex (converted from 2), 2.5 bath duplex apartment on the 39th & 40th floors (both floors have their own entrances) facing south and west. The Bedroom for rent is located on the main floor adjacent to the living room and shares a shower with only 1 girl upstairs - you will have a private half bath downstairs.

The Room:
? Flex Bedroom (14x19) on the 39th floor with two large closets. Although it is a flex room (no real wall or door - currently separated through curtains) it is extremely quiet and private as it is the only bedroom on 39th floor;
? Private Half Bathroom with lots of storage ;
? AC/Heating Unit in each room with auto temperature control option;
? Super sunny with South & West Exposures and sweeping city / NJ / central park views from huge wrap around windows.
? $1850 per month (spectrum TV and Internet included) + $20-$50/month total for electricity (depending on usage).

The Building:
? Full-time doormen, concierge and valet services;
? Super/management staff and handymen on site for all maintenance requests available on site;
? Package room/ option to have packages directly delivered to the apartment;
? Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor;
? Common Lounge, Children’s Play Room, Conference Room, Health Club with Pool, Sauna, Yoga Studio and Gym (included in rent);

About You:
We would like to find someone who is quite busy with her own life and is respectful of common spaces.
