Very large bedroom is available with a private bathroom. Sink, toilet and stand up shower. A good size living space is available downstairs where you could set up an office or other chill space.
Currently renting a house in NW Longmont (kinda near Mcintosh Lake). It's an older house and not updated but it's a nice house/neighborhood. I have a signed lease until the summer of 2023.

My two kids (girl 17, boy 15) stay with me about 12 nights per month. Sometimes more or less depending on holidays, vacations, etc.
I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend in Centennial when the kids aren't at the house. Sometimes she stays with me but not very often.
Looking for $850 and 60/40 (I would pay the 60%) utilities to share the house. I'm looking for a housemate that the kids will be comfortable with and not just someone to rent a room
