Its a 1bed & 1private bathroom . Great location. Everything is 5min away incl Battlefield park. Great school district. House sits on a pond. Quiet neighborhood. Room has many shelfs and a built in closet. As of now it has a built in window AC that’s working great. Heater is in the room. After 1 month pay, I will be able to afford to upgrade to AC system. Estimate is already in and ready to go. Room comes furnished (twin bed, dresser, bed side table, center table) but you can also bring your own furniture. Shared kitchen. Clean and responsible person pls.
Background/criminal/ credit/eviction check can be done through transunion which is fast and easy (per Clark Howard.:-) and I will send you an invitation link once we agree.
