I'm Matt. I’m 26 and moving to NYC for the first time for work. I work in technology (I'm leaving Google and going to a startup in NYC). I will be commuting to Lower Manhattan, and I will likely be working 9-6 or so. Because of this, proximity to PATH trains is certainly preferred, as I would like to avoid having to rely on a bus to get into the city. I’m generally a pretty low-key roommate, especially on weeknights. I consider myself clean and courteous, especially in the common areas. I have a small network of friends who already live in the city, so my existing social circle will likely be NYC-centric. I’m generally a pretty social person, so I like to be friendly if not good friends with the people I live with.
