I have one bedroom available in a two bedroom unit in a luxury building in Midtown West/Hell's Kitchen. This bedroom comes with a private patio. The rent is $1,650 (utilities/cable/internet come to about $100 a month). I also have a house keeper who comes once a month to clean ($40 a month). All in, the apartment is about $1790.
The apartment building comes with an amazing gym facility, private dry cleaner, laundry room, 2 large rooftop decks with chaise, and 24 hour doormen.
The closest subway stations are the 7 Train at Hudson Yards which is 4 blocks and the A/C/E at Penn Station which is about 6 blocks.
My current roomie has lived with me for 3 years-- she is moving home to North Carolina and is happy to sell all her furniture in her room. This space can be furnished if needed! She is moving out August 9th (the month of August will be pro-rated for you!).
