Adorable UWS apartment
We have a room opening in our UWS 3 bedroom apartment. The room has a beautiful large window with a fire escape, and is big enough to have a dresser, desk and full sized bed.
I have lived in this apartment for the last 4 years and absolutely love it - we are one block from the park and surrounded by cafes, shops and restaurants. Super easy subway access on the C/B line, 1 train and just 2 stops from Columbus circle.
We have a full kitchen and dishwasher, tv with most streaming channels set up, and its on the second floor so no crazy walk up! Close to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, with a Gristedes across the street.

Deposit upfront is first months + last months and $1266 security (our rent was lowered because of covid, but our deposit remains the same.)
