NEWLY REMODELED ROOM IN DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN/DUMBO AREA
Due to some recent life-changes, I, unfortunately, have to break my lease and move home to Norway. Therefore, I am looking for someone to take over my room in Downtown Brooklyn ASAP! Lease ends in June with option to renew.
The room is fully remodeled and the whole apartment was untouched until we moved in January 1st. It comes with a bed, mattress and a commode, but I also have a nightstand and a clothing rack if you're interested in those as well. It is a four-bedroom - one-bath spot and my room do not have a window in it. This has not been a problem for me since the roof is very high and there's a window to the living room that offers some natural light.
The building is from 1930 and has been remodeled throughout the years. It has a super cute rooftop garden that is maintained throughout the year. Walking distance (8-minute walk) to B, Q, R, A, C and F trains and a 15-minute walk to the Dumbo Ferry pier.
The three other roommates are all female and working professionals that would love to go out to town with you on the weekends or make dinner together. Utilities are usually around $60 a month. Here's a link to the listing from January:
